My deal was with Payal Arora and Rishi Ahuja, and honestly, I am not satisfied with their service at all. I would give them zero marks. The commitments that were made to me were never fulfilled. The material that was promised was never dispatched, and the biggest issue is that they never pick up calls. The service is completely disappointing. I would advise people not to fall for their words. My experience has been very bad, and I would never recommend anyone to deal with them.

They did our wardrobes and kitchen 2 years back. The quality has been good. I am more impressed by their staff. Everytime they visit for a service call or installation...you can see the love and pride they feel for the work they do. They demonstrate it when they handle the furniture and go about their work. I am very impressed and strongly recommend them .

I had purchased a kitchen and wardrobes for my residence from Interwood in 2016. It was a beautiful experience from the start, from the time we entered the store, Ms Lalitha explained the whole process and product details of the Interwood Modular solutions. We both immediately decided to go ahead. Our installations were on time without any hassle. The installation team were very care that nothing is damaged at our apartment. Good place, great staff. Their work is sturdy and even though it has been 10 years, our wardrobes and kitchens have faced no problems till date. All screws are intact and nothing has rusted or broken till date.
Product is magnificent. They promise a warranty of 10 years. Two years after installation my kitchen started having few issues. They sent a technician to inspect and assess. A week after that they sent replacement material, Technicians and Carpentor to fix it. Promise kept.
